Terms of service

LocQueen requires 24 hours advance notice when canceling online. Failure to do so will result in a late rescheduling fee being assessed.

PLEASE NOTE: Your appointment for a future date will be booked during the consultation. At the time
of booking your appointment, 50% of the appointment will be due in order to book any services.

All consultations fees, deposits, and services are non-refundable

Due to time constraints, if your hair requires additional detangle an additional fee of $35 and up will be charged at the time of the appointment.

LATE/ LAST MINUTE RE-SCHEDULE FEE: You have until 24 hours to reschedule your appointment.
Once you are within the 24 hour window, a $35 dollar fee is charged the day that the appointment is
scheduled for. For example, if your appointment is scheduled on Wednesday 1pm, you have to reschedule by Tuesday at 1pm. NO EXCEPTIONS.

LATE FEES: A 15 minute grace period is provided for each client but after the grace period, there will
be a $20 dollar late fee charged. After an additional 10 mins another $15 dollar late fee is applied.
After 40 mins have passed you will be rescheduled which is an additional $35 and the $30 dollar late
fee is still payable. No additional appointments will be rebooked until the balance is paid.

NO CALL - NO SHOW POLICY: By booking, you authorize this business to auto-charge your credit
card for 100% of the scheduled value of the appointment should you miss your visit without proper notification.
